MID WAVE 800 SERIES
The IRC800 Series cameras offer the ultimate in flexibility for research scientists. Camera operators can vary integration times, frame rates and cold filters to meet the most precise testing requirements making the IRC800 the perfect instrument for prototyping system development or where application requirements may change. A 1/3-liter LN2 pour-filled Dewar assembly maintains temperature for up to 20 hours unpowered and 9 hours powered which makes the IRC800 Series perfect for Scientific Imaging, Process Analysis and Quality Assurance. A developer’s kit is available for users who wish to create their own applications.
IRC800 Series Camera Basics
There are 4 standard models of the IRC800 based on the pour filled LN2 Dewar Assembly. All of the infrared cameras offer a digital Indium Antimonide (InSb) focal plane array (FPA) and your choice of 320×256, 640×512 or 1280×1024 format sensors. SHORT WAVE PRODUCTS
With a broad spectral response from 960 nm to 2600 nm, and the unmatched sensitivity of a cooled InSb sensor, the and cameras are designed to address the most challenging applications for short wave infrared imagers. More versatile than traditional InGaAs cameras, the extended wavelength response of the IRC SWIR products makes it indispensable for spectroscopy, infrared search and track, target signature, astronomy, laser detection & characterization, and other demanding SWIR imaging requirements.
Based on high performance digital focal plane array technology, the IRC 900 series SWIR cameras offer both standard definition 640×512 and high definition 1280×1024 formats. These cameras operate at high frame rates with cooled InSb sensitivity, low noise and no pixel crosstalk or blooming. These cameras feature simultaneous 14-bit CameraLink and Gigabit Ethernet digital outputs, along with HDMI. GPS and IRIG-B inputs are available as options, as is a four position warm filter wheel.

IRC712 SWIR INGAAS CAMERA
The IRC712 HD InGaAs SWIR camera provides the longest integration times and highest frame rate at 1.3 Mpixel resolution.
Manufactured by Princeton Infrarerd Technologies, this lattice matched InGaAs camera allows for high resolution SWIR imaging at 1280×1024 resolution at 95fps. The small pitch array, 12μm, combined with the high quantum efficiency of the lattice matched InGaAs arrays enables impressive imaging in the SWIR and visible band. The camera has the capability of three setpoints, 25C (no cooling), 0C (fan cooling) or -50C (water cooled) using a 3 stage TEC integrated in a vacuum package. This advanced digital array offers the lowest read noise (<30e-) of all cooled SWIR scientific cameras with no image lag. Low dark current InGaAs and a 3 stage TEC result in high sensitivity imaging enabling very long integration times in excess of 3 minutes.
The camera has a medium Camera Link interface to allow for fast full frame rate imaging with a dynamic range of 14 bits. Lattice matched InGaAs provides high quantum efficiency response in the shortwave infrared as well as in the visible with response from 0.4um to 1.7um. Software for camera control and image acquisition is available and supports a number of Camera Link framegrabbers.

IRC906SLS
Closed Cycle Broadband Infrared Camera
The IRC906SLS incorporates the innovative Strained Layer Superlattice (SLS) Sensor allowing it to detect infrared radiation in both the mid-wave (MWIR) and long-wave (LWIR) spectral regions. This 640×512 format, 20 micron camera operates at 475 frames per second at full window size with no electronic crosstalk. The IRC906SLS utilizes on-board frame averaging to improve signal to noise, allowing greater sensitivity and superior image quality. An optional embedded filter wheel allows the user to select specific wavelengths of interest in both the MWIR and LWIR regions, taking full advantage of the broadband response of the SLS sensor.
